Default Tesla Switch with Joule Thief trigger mechanism

Here is a design for 3 battery tesla switch using joule thief trigger mechanism.

Utilizing coil triggering remove the controlling component and allow the circuit to run on any voltage even at 1.5V. However it require 3 set of 4 wire coil , maybe 5 if output is needed.

May have mistakes. Not sure it work. But since joule thief proof to be easy to build, this may work.

Crossing wire only touch each other if there are big dot.

Default Re: Tesla Switch with Joule Thief trigger mechanism

thanks for posting this Sucahyo, it will work in principle, skywatcher at energeticforum reported success with a three battery tesla switch and joule thief hybrid.

I'm not getting much sleep, so don't want to promise to have a go at it just yet. I'll be watching though, hopefully someone takes it up and reports back

Thank you.

I think you will get use to the lack of sleep, but you will still be happy about it .

I just realize that the switch may not turn on the coil...... Maybe it is better to us 12V battery to power up the coil once. I modified the pitcture in the first post and also here is 4 battery version.

Default Self oscillating relay version

Ben's gift inspire me this, many thanks Ben . This design require two relay with 4 parallel contact such as FRM3-4B5

The self oscillating relay tandem part is this:

Relay 1 will turn on when relay 2 turn off, and the opposite. Capacitor will make sure the relay will turn on long enough to activate all contact.

The circuit is based from Ronald brantts mentioned in "report on 4 battery switch".

The circuit:

All the switch (S1 to S6) should closed/gated/turned on when the appropriate relay turned on.
Relay 1 control S1, S3 and S6. Relay 2 control S2, S4 and S5.
